For example, a bettor might choose to bet on the Patriots -7, the over on the Patriots-Dolphins game (say, 45 points), and the under on the Cowboys-Eagles game (say, 48 points).
The main thing to remember about teaser bets is that they are designed to be very difficult to win. The odds of winning a three-team teaser bet are usually around 33-to-1. That means that for every $100 bet, the bettor would stand to win $3,300.
While teaser bets can be a lot of fun, and can sometimes lead to big payouts, they are generally not a good idea for the casual bettor. The odds are simply too stacked against the bettor to make them a wise investment in the long run.
